About Us

VLPG Venture Ltd is a company registered in London in 2022, with a warehouse of 17,000 sq ft in Leicester City, a strategic site for the main goal of the company, the dispatching and distribution of stretch film in the whole UK in the fastest time with the accuracy required. VLPG decided to open this venture in the UK in order to develop the stretch film business, side by side with the biggest European producer, Deriblok S.p.a. representing it and working on the field to improve the knowledge and experience of the final customer. Last but not least, the environment is a key factor in this project because with our producing partner we give the highest performance products having environmentally the lowest impact compared to the rest of the players in the market.

Our Product

Our partner’s cast stretch film is the fruit of high technology, whose ultramodern production process, enables four different layers of material to merge during the extrusion process.
Through the CHILL-ROLL process, it is possible to obtain a real one side cling product with top grade mechanical properties due to the instant cooling of the melted mass (this is impossible to obtain with the blow process). Our partner’s technology, making full use of a continuous electronic system installed on line, guarantees a thickness variation very close to zero. This is essential for a perfect application of all machine and hand stretch films.
Only our partner’s cast films can have simultaneously the following properties:

High stretch capacity

Guarantees a saving on the cost of each unit wrapped; in fact the higher its stretching capacity, the lower the amount of film needed for each palletized unit

Superior tear resistance

Guarantees that, when the film is torn, the tear remains the same and it does not get any bigger;

Strong elastic retention power

Guarantees that the gripping force of our partner's film on the load is kept constant with time.
